The UFO footage below is believed to have been taken by Russian tourists who were visiting Rome at the time of there alleged alien encounter. This footage has spread across the various UFO related web-based chat rooms. UFO experts are now examining the footage which is surprisingly clear for a nighttime clip. The witnesses appear to be genuinely surprised, judging by their reactions.
